Move and groove

  1. Make a 30-second video of yourself singing or dancing to a song from your workout playlist. (If you’re not into being a solo act, include colleagues.)
  2. Upload it to YouTube or Vimeo, then paste the link into the Link/Video field on the News Feed form.
  3. Tag three friends, challenging them to share a link to their own video.
  4. Be sure to choose the “WOW Now” category and post by 6 p.m. CT March 14.
