Breakfast after workout
Refuel and jump-start your recovery. Your body is primed to burn what you eat for 30–60 minutes after your workout. Try protein, quality carbohydrates and healthy fats:
- 2 scrambled eggs or egg whites with 1 slice sprouted grain toast and 1/4 avocado
- Fruit and greens smoothie (add 1 Tbsp nut butter after a high-intensity workout)
