Post-workout snack

Finishing up a later evening workout? It’s OK to skip dinner and simply snack tonight. In fact, it might help you fall asleep more quickly. Aim for a high-protein snack to help you recover and sleep more deeply.

  • 1/2 cup cooked steel cut oats topped with non-fat Greek yogurt and 1 Tbsp nut butter
  • 1 slice of sprouted-grain toast with smashed avocado and 1 scrambled egg
